Refund & Return Policy

At Magic Life BD, we are committed to providing quality products and a transparent shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through www.magiclifebd.com.
1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customers may request a return or replacement ONLY if:
The product received is damaged or defective.
The wrong product was delivered (size, color, or model error).
The product does not match the order description.
2. Return Window You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we encourage customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery and return it immediately to the courier if the item is damaged or incorrect.

At Delivery: Hand the product back to the courier immediately if an issue is found.
After Delivery: Once your return is authorized, we will arrange a courier pickup or provide instructions for a return shipment.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Magic Life BD, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: We strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for “change of mind.” Once an order is delivered in good condition and matches the description, it is considered a final sale.
5. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approval: Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 working days.
Payment: Refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer for COD orders, or to the original payment method for online payments.
6. Restocking Fees There are no restocking fees for the return of defective or incorrect products.
7. Non-Returnable Items Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
The request is made after the 7-day window.
The product is returned without original packaging or accessories.
