2. Product Information & Pricing All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We strive for accuracy, but minor variations in color or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you if an order is affected.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
Payment Method: We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Billing: The total amount shown at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden fees.
Security: Our checkout process uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping Rate: 150 BDT (Nationwide).
Shipping Discounts: For customer convenience, reduced rates of 110 BDT (Standard/Lightweight) or 60 BDT (Dhaka City) are automatically applied at checkout for eligible items.
Heavy Items: Items weighing between 4kg–8kg are subject to the standard 150 BDT delivery charge.
Delivery Timelines: * Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days.
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.
Total Delivery Window: 2–6 business days nationwide.
Accuracy of delivery information is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Return & Refund Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. For COD orders, customers may inspect products at the time of delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, it can be returned immediately to the courier without payment. Post-delivery claims must be made within 24 hours.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law Magic Life BD is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. These terms are governed by the Laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.
