SHIPPING POLICY

Magic Life BD is committed to delivering products safely and efficiently across Bangladesh. This policy outlines our rates, processing times, and delivery procedures.

1. Shipping Rates (Delivery Charges)

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your delivery location. The final cost is applied at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 150 BDT (Nationwide)

Note: For orders inside Dhaka or lightweight items, a discounted rate of 60 BDT or 110 BDT may be applied at checkout

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT +06:00) Bangladesh Standard Time.
Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday – Sunday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed within 24 hours.
Confirmation: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation may be completed via phone call before dispatch.

3. Transit Time (Estimated Delivery Time)

Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days.
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 2–6 business days nationwide.
Note: These are estimates based on courier schedules and transit times (Mon–Sat).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Product Inspection

We offer nationwide COD.

Customers may inspect the product at the time of delivery.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it may be returned immediately to the delivery personnel (refer to our Refund & Return Policy).
Payment is collected only after the customer is satisfied at the point of delivery.

5. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. If the customer is unreachable, the address is incorrect, or the order is refused without a valid reason:

We reserve the right to cancel future orders from the same customer.
Re-delivery may incur additional delivery charges.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Courier service disruptions or high seasonal demand.
Natural events (weather, floods, etc.).
Government restrictions or public holidays. Magic Life BD is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will actively assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
