1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The product delivered is incorrect
• The product does not match the ordered item

Returns must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Return at the Time of Delivery (Cash on Delivery Orders)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Customers may inspect the product at the time of delivery.
• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it may be returned immediately to the delivery personnel.
• In such cases, no payment will be collected.

This ensures a transparent and secure shopping experience for customers.

3. Returns After Delivery

If an issue is discovered after delivery:

• The customer must notify Magic Life BD within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Clear photo or video evidence must be provided.
• The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact.

After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or damaged by the customer
• The request is made beyond 24 hours of delivery
• The product is returned without original packaging

5. Refund Process

For approved returns:

• COD orders: Refund will be processed via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) or bank transfer within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
• If online payment methods are used in the future, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking systems.
